Charlie’s Chocolate Factory promises to supply only the finest and freshest ingredients. We never have nor never will add cooking or vegetable oil to our exquisite Belgian chocolate. Also we never re-use left over chocolate or dipping items from one event to the next.

CHOCOLATE

Charlie’s Chocolate Factory caters for the tastes of the sophisticated chocoholics and the discerning guest. We insist on using the finest Belgian Callebaut chocolate; the smoothest, richest, most delicious chocolate you have ever tasted!

You can choose MILK, PLAIN, WHITE or even ‘PINK’ Belgian chocolate at no extra cost. Charlie’s Chocolate Factory has mastered the art of colouring chocolate to co-ordinate with your events; in fact we have become renowned for our amazing PINK chocolate fountains!

DIPS

Part of the fun is selecting which dips to try. With the ‘Ultimate Chocolate Experience’ there are no restrictions, so your guests can enjoy dipping and tasting the widest variety of dips available. These are constantly replenished throughout the event and include;-

At the end of your event we leave any remaining melted chocolate in a bowl and dips on platters for you to enjoy after we have gone.

FOOD HYGIENE, HEALTH & SAFETY

Charlie’s Chocolate Factory has Public Liability Insurance; our Chocolatiers have been trained by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and have been awarded Certificates in Food Hygiene.

When preparing and handling food we wear disposable gloves and clean aprons. The large fountain is never left unattended; throughout the event the area is kept clean and your guests are provided with a fresh skewer to use every time they dip.
